Hey guys!! Yeah yeah, i know its been awhile.Guess i just needed some time to get rid of some angers.Well as you can see i’m currently still breathing, so i guess i’m doing just great as usual.
Hope you people are doing just as well as i am.
Too many things have happend since I last blogged, incidents that might not have permit me to sit here and start blogging once more. Well I’ll start off with good news first before i start sharing my interesting experience. Good news is all my hard work have paid off, i have passed all my papers with flying colours (literally flying..thanks for praying along too..THANK GOD!!LOL) and i dont have to attend anymore classes( YAHOO!! Jealous leh? muahaha..).
Okay, guess its time for some juicy stories. I’m pretty sure you people are dying to read my crazy experince rite?? ( So "kepo" lar u…LOL :P) Well last week was one of my most hectic week. Why hectic? Cause i almost lost that chance to see another day. Experience that taught me to appreciate every single breath i could inhale. Experience that taught me that every decision making must be fast and accurate, needless to say that you have to be damn confident of your every decision. I’ll start from Monday. It was a pretty fun day as usual, "crap" talking in the canteen with some crazy friends. Everybody was just feeling so relax, waiting for their turn to go up. Then my turn came, so as usual i do my checklist before my instructor would come down to join me.  While doing my checklist, i realised that the weather was slightly darker near KLtown but i didnt bother it cause the wind was blowing towards the town.  So when my instructor joined me, we acted as usual joking about the others in the canteen (Gossip lar..). I even inform him about the weather up north,
like me, he also ignored it. So just after lift off, there was a sudden drizzle. All I remembered was hearing the Controller calling me to come down as soon as possible. Then my worst experience happened. Black clouds formed out of nowhere, the broaddaylight changed into darkness instantly. Heavy rain droplets began to hit my fragile "classroom". So we decided to make a really steep turn back to the base. We were trying hard(squezzing our already "sepet" eyes, even smaller) to look out for the runway. Just as we see the runway, we were already too high and too near. But in desperation, we dive down because there was no such thing as going around anymore. The time passedby really really slow. I was trying my best to get us down before my instructor took over the controls.
Meanwhile in the canteen, everyone was shocked to see us desperately diving down. While my instructor has controls, i was doing my part checking for obstacles.  Man!! I bet we were nearly in 50 degrees dive. I look towards my instructor and wondered, do he really think we could have made it. But deep in my heart, i didnt doubt our chance of survival. During normal days, i was always too high in approach which i will try to bring myself into a dive. Its just that this time was kinda tricky with extra wind and poor visibility. Eventually we came down, too fast though. Everyone was so relieved, even the Controller sounded happy. I looked at my instructor and jokingly said "That was extremely fun, lets do it again." He just gave me the nothing happend look. It was sure one hell of a ride. But then after i parked the machine, we actually acted like nothing happend. We even had our own 100m race.."1..2..GO!!.." I heard him shouting. We were laughing frantically. " Woi! Not fair!! Cheat!! Cheat!!" I shouted back, running with my things hanging all around me (hahaha..thinking back just tickles me!! LOL). Back in the lobby, we were really the talk-of-the-day. But back in my head i was still wondering what was he thinking when death was so near.
Wednesday! Another day to remember. It was my first solo. I was so nervous that i couldnt stop biting on my lips. The thought just being up there with an examiner just reminds me of those days when i sat for my driving test (which i failed three times..haha) I did screwed up a bit here and there. I was tongue tied on the radio calls. I was really having cold sweat. But it all went pretty well. So he passed me. So that very day i did my first solo. Boy! Was i happy, i was happy sobecause i had the "tiny classroom’ all to myself. but later during the approach there was a sudden blow of wind.I almost lost it. That actually woke me up to be serious. So I struggle to get down, using every single knowledge to get down safely. Though it wasnt my best landing, but i was in one piece( hehehe). Everyone cheered!! i felt great at that moment until my friends came with a bucket of smelly water with flowers, eggs, dried leafs and a lipton teabag inside ("Mandi air bunga" they say.OH!! Someone HAS GOTTA PAY FOR THIS!! ). Well, there goes the shirt i was supposed to wear for Genting the next day.
Thursday! Was still very excited by that achievement of mine. Came early to school. This was the first time i was going to fly in the morning. When i got up there i was so amazed by the scenery. Looking at the nice weather, sun was just rising and  Twin Towers was like two golden  "Jagung" . Wow!! MAMAMIA!! There was this level of mist just above the whole city. Time to rush to Genting! I drove home and changed into one of my sweaters. The bus journey up to Genting was fun. The driver was just superb, i wont be surprised if he is the next F1 driver. But eventually i fell asleep due to lack of sleep in the past 48 hours. I really had fun just enjoying the weather up in Genting. Had lunch up there with the cell. After window shopping, i was on the way down. What a tiring day!!
Friday! My second solo. Was pretty annoyed by the unpredictable weather. It was raining the whole day. But luckily, i got the chance to go up! Hahaaha..It time to play again, i thought! So i went up. Wow!! It was freezing up there. Next thing i know i was in trouble. I got caught in low clouds. All i could see was Time Square and nothing else. So i requested to come down immediately. I was so scared the other Helis could not see me. Oh Man!! When i came down, only did i know the havoc i created. Everybody got panicked when they not see me in the sky. That moment itself i got 10 voicemail. Hahaha..Again Adrian became the talk of the day in a week!!..Lucky to have the chance to attend cell again.
Last Monday! Another crazy day! Well when things looks like it couldnt get any worst. I was there early in school. So as usual was playing the DogFight game before flight. Was actually enjoying myself with my buddies. This new game was so exciting. Time has come again! The only difference is this time i wasnt alone on air. Me and another buddy took off on two planes at the same time. We were doing the usual stuff until before madness happend. I was doing my last circuit and was ready to call it a day. Then the Controller worse nightmare happend, she forgot to advise the two of us about who was going to land first. So i continued my path until i realise my friend was turning into my path. At that moment i was wondering if he has noticed me on his right, so i kept looking at the plane. But when he got nearer, i was actually wondering why he hasnt brake and let me pass first. Until i actually realise that theres no way to brake on air (hahaha…must be to much of driving on the road). So i took a hard right turn to avoid him. At that moment i heard the panicked voice of the controller, she was really panic that keeps on shouting on the radio. Until when i had a real safe distant with my buddy only did i replied. I talk to myself  "That was CLOSE!". My friend was actually only 50ft away, I could actually see him in the plane. I bet if i didnt reply her i could have made her cry on the radio(hehehe…LOL). So when i got down i was greeted by two clowns which have witness the incident. " Wei! Apa korang buat kat atas tu? Sarkas ker?" One of them laughed. We also had the chance to laugh at the controller as that was the first time we heard her screw up on radio. So again and again I became the talk of the day. Hmmm..  guess i’m getting quite popular on air..
These incidents really showed me to appreciate every single moment i’m alive. Nobody actually knows when their time is up. So from now on, i would never complaint too much in life and just live life to the max. Appreciation I have learned…Hey have you realise something? i have just broke my blogging record again. ( mauahahaha) Have a nice day!! Dont worry! i  wont post in for another couple of weeks.. So Keep Rocking! CheerZ mate!!
